Yoga

We teach our members this Hindu spiritual discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, practiced for health and relaxation.

Meditation

 We teach our members to engage in this mental exercise (such as concentration on one's breathing or repetition of a mantra) for the purpose of reaching a heightened level of spiritual awareness.

Movement

We teach our members the art of movement with thorough body disciplines and by helping the body to adjust to new ways of movement which also promotes healthy muscles and blood flow.

Karate

We teach our members this Japanese martial art whose physical aspects seek the development of defensive and counterattacking body movements. This is a highly proficient training module.
